2. Walk-in
                repair service is available from Mondays to Fridays 9:30AM to
                5:00PM, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. 
3. Rest
                assured that walk-in repair services utilise authentic spare
                parts; please review the warranty terms on our website.

                Prior to visiting us, ensure to back up all important data.
                Please note that OPPO NZ cannot be held responsible for any lost
                data during the repair process. 
5. If necessary, include
                accessories such as chargers or Bluetooth devices with your
                phone. Please be aware that non-OPPO accessories are not
                supported by send-in repair services. 
6. For password
                removal services, include a copy of the proof of purchase along
